About Off The Leash | Off The Leash

Put simply, Off The Leash is a Melbourne band that was put together in 2016 to honour the music of legendary Oakland California soul and funk legends Tower of Power.

Members of OTL regularly gig with or have played for some of Australia’s busiest soul, jazz, blues, funk and rnb acts, including the legendary Big and Horny, jazz funk group Pickpocket, and countless others.

Each member is a big fan of Tower or Power first and foremost, and with the rarity of T.O.P.’s appearances Downunder, they relish the opportunity to bring the grooves of Oakland’s finest to the streets and clubs of Australia.
